Privacy (Legacy)
This notice applies only to Legacy OS (vault, archives, trustees, scheduled messages, family-facing experiences). Twin Clone Pro is covered separately.
What we process
Materials you upload or record (e.g. text, audio, video, images, documents), delivery rules, recipient identifiers, trustee contact details, verification documents you submit, audit logs related to releases, and tokens used to access the family portal.
Sensitive & special categories
You may store deeply personal content. You should only upload data you have the right to share. Where applicable law treats certain content as special-category data, you confirm appropriate grounds and notices to recipients and trustees as required by counsel.
Trustees & release
Trustees you name may receive limited information to perform verification or delivery. Release timing may follow your instructions and manual review workflows. Family portal access is bounded by what you approved and recorded.
Storage & security
Content is stored in Supabase Storage with encryption at rest. Operational access should be least-privilege and logged; finalize details in your security policy and DPA.
Your rights
You may request export or deletion subject to legal holds and trustee processes. Account tools and support channels should be listed before go-live.
