Flagship

One workspace for what you write—then who can open it

You pay once to start, then yearly care (not a monthly TV-style bill). You choose, item by item, who may read it later; when the time comes, people sign in with their email and a private code you gave them. Trustees, family tree, reminders, bills, remembrance, and memorial tools stay in one place.

  • Each letter or file can stay just for you, for everyone you listed, or for only a few—you pick, once, instead of juggling folders.
  • People you name sign in with a link, their email, and a private code you send—trusted contacts can unlock when your plan says so. No one needs your login.
  • Trustees, family tree, reminders, and clear bills for setup and yearly care (pay by card).
  • Remembrance and small “for you” touches—only what you chose to save.
Same product

After you sign in

You pick up where you left off: the Guide uses plain words for your family list, trusted unlockers, and what opens when—nothing extra to learn.

  • Open the in-app Guide: it explains—in everyday words—who is in your family list, who can unlock things later, and what happens when the time comes.
  • You choose who may read each letter or file; loved ones use a private link and their email—never your password.
  • Add your playbook, sealed letters, and remembrance when you want—all in the same calm workspace.

Prices are in British pounds (GBP); you pay by card. See pricing for the full breakdown.

Who receives what

  • Family list and trusted helpers—private links, not shared passwords

  • Family tree and notes about who people are to you
  • Clear bills for setup and yearly care (pay by card)

Also inside: gentle remembrance chat, memorial links, and small “for you” touches such as cards or a note to our team—same account, same caring tone.

Legacy OS · Trust

Never sudden. Always verified.

We only open things for family after several checks and clear warnings—not overnight, and not because you missed logging in once. You choose reminders, a last check-in, and how long “quiet” should last before we start the path.

  • 01

    Multiple checkpoints

We only activate your legacy after repeated verification — not in a single silent step.

  • 02

    Reminders & warnings

Optional reminders and a final warning before activation — so you can confirm you’re still here.

  • 03

    Your timeline

Choose 6 or 12 months of inactivity before we even start the path — most people choose 12 months for fewer false alarms.

After you sign up, you set these timings in Settings—including who we may call if email and phone both fail.

FAQ

Legacy OS — quick answers

Straight answers for people landing from Google or a direct link. Not legal advice.

What is Legacy OS?

Legacy OS is EternalSelf’s calm online workspace for letters, scans, and wishes. You write and store things in one safe place, list the people who matter, choose who may unlock what later, and hand out private links—recipients sign in with their email and a code you give them, never your own password.

Is Legacy OS a will or a substitute for legal advice?

No. It is software for organizing what you want to leave behind; it does not replace a will, trust, or lawyer. Rules differ by country—ask a qualified professional for inheritance and probate questions.

How much does Legacy OS cost?

There is a one-time fee to open the workspace and a yearly care fee. Prices are in British pounds (GBP) and you pay by card—see the pricing page for today’s numbers.

Do I pay extra for postage on cards or postcards?

For mail we send on your behalf, postage is included in the yearly care fee—no separate stamp charge for eligible items. Fair-use limits may apply; your welcome materials or support can explain more.

Do my family members need my EternalSelf password?

No. When the time comes, people you named use the reader link, the email we have for them, and a private code. Trusted helpers who unlock things have their own steps. You never share your login.

Is Legacy OS complete on its own?

Yes. You get storage, letters, family lists, trusted helpers, reminders, and remembrance tools in one product. You do not need our Digital Twin or anything else unless you want it.

Where is data hosted?

By default we use European data centres. You can read how to export or delete data in our privacy policy. This is general information, not legal advice for your country.

How it works

02

Fill the workspace with intent

Upload scans, write letters and sealed notes, list the people who matter. Nothing is shown to readers until the people you trust follow the steps you set.

03
