Service
EternalSelf provides tools to store digital legacy materials, define delivery rules, name trustees, and—where you enable it—offer a family-facing experience after verification workflows complete.
Your representations
You represent that you have the rights to upload content and to name trustees and recipients. You understand that release timing may depend on verification and applicable law.
Trustees & recipients
Trustees act under your instructions and product rules. EternalSelf is not a law firm; estate planning outcomes depend on your documents and jurisdiction. Misuse of the service to harm others may result in suspension and reporting where required.
Fees
Setup and maintenance fees are as shown at purchase (e.g. one-time setup plus annual maintenance). Non-payment may limit updates, support, or hosting continuity per your agreement.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set in your final customer agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent allowed.
