Privacy (Twin)

This notice applies only to the Digital Twin product. Legacy OS has a separate privacy page.

What we process

Account profile, chat messages you send to the twin, task metadata, integration connection state, and—when you connect them—content from Gmail and Google Calendar for style and scheduling context. Embeddings may be stored for retrieval (RAG) tied to your user id.

Outbound email

Twin does not send mail from your personal Gmail. Outbound messages use an address on @twin.eternalself.com with mandatory disclosure that content was drafted by EternalSelf AI on your behalf.

Hosting & retention

Production is intended to run on Supabase (EU) and appropriate app hosting, with encryption at rest. Retention and deletion follow your final DPA and product settings; you may request export or deletion via account tools when enabled.

Third parties

AI inference (e.g. Anthropic), email delivery (e.g. Resend), and Google APIs may process subsets of your data under their terms. Configure DPAs before production.
