These terms apply only to Twin Clone Pro. Legacy OS has its own terms.
Service
EternalSelf provides a hosted assistant that may draft messages, suggest actions, and use connected integrations under your account. One active twin clone per subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing outbound communications where the product requires approval, for compliance with law (including marketing and employment rules), and for credentials and devices used to access the dashboard.
AI limitations
Outputs may be incorrect or inappropriate. You must not rely on the twin as legal, medical, or financial advice. Misuse (harassment, fraud, impersonation beyond disclosed AI assistance) may result in suspension.
Billing
Fees, taxes, and renewal follow the plan you purchase (e.g. via Stripe). Downgrades and refunds follow the policy published at checkout and in your jurisdiction where required.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes should be communicated in product or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
