GDPR-oriented design — what it implies (and what it does not)

How EternalSelf talks about privacy by design: EU hosting, disclosure, and your rights — without replacing your lawyer.

GDPR-oriented design, for us, means clear residency statements, minimal surprise data use, and flows that respect consent — especially around outbound mail and third-party processors named in the privacy policy.

It does not mean “certified for every industry” or “legal outcome guaranteed.” Regulations apply differently to individuals and organizations; your solicitor or DPO still interprets your case.
