GDPR-oriented design, for us, means clear residency statements, minimal surprise data use, and flows that respect consent — especially around outbound mail and third-party processors named in the privacy policy.
It does not mean “certified for every industry” or “legal outcome guaranteed.” Regulations apply differently to individuals and organizations; your solicitor or DPO still interprets your case.
