Capsules can align with a calendar date, with guardian activation, or with conditions you define in product — the point is that timing is explicit, not implied by a folder name.
Write the “why” inside the capsule: who should feel ready, and what you hope they take away. The unlock is technical; the meaning is yours.
Avoid single points of confusion
If two events could conflict, document which one wins in plain language inside the Playbook or the capsule note itself.
