Most conflict comes from surprise. If you want people to cooperate later, involve them early at a level that fits your culture: “I am organizing accounts and instructions in one place — I want you to know it exists.”
A short screenshare or a guided tour beats a wall of text. Let them see circle roles, guardian concepts, and where messages will live — so nobody invents a story under pressure.
You do not need consensus on everything
You need clarity on who does what. Agreement on every emotional detail is optional; documented intent is not.
