Look for explicit roles: circle, guardians, readers — not just folders. Look for delivery, not just storage. Look for maintenance that keeps the service viable for years.
Ask where data lives. Ask how AI is used, if at all, and where disclosure appears. Ask what happens if payment lapses — read terms, not marketing alone.
