Reducing family conflict with clear digital intent

Ambiguity fuels disputes. Document intent, separate roles, and use scheduled communication to reduce surprise.

Conflict often starts when two relatives remember different versions of a story. Written intent in a dedicated workspace does not solve every dispute — it reduces invented narratives.

Surprises amplify grief. Prefer scheduled, explicit delivery for sensitive topics so timing is predictable.
